Shipping

• Free shipping on orders over $40.
• Under $40, coffee ships for $4.50 plus $1.25 for each additional box or tube, and prints & objects ship for a flat $5.95.
• Coffee is roasted to order in Oregon and ships within 1 to 3 business days. Prints, glasses, mugs and stickers are made to order and ship separately, so an order with both arrives in two parcels.
• Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you are.
• We ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

When a parcel ships, you get an email with its tracking number. An order with coffee and objects gets two parcels and two tracking numbers.

A Ordem

A Ordem de Cairé ships once a moon, every 29 days. Your first box is the god of the moon you joined under; each moon after brings the next god of the cycle, so eight moons bring all eight blends (and, with the glass, all eight glasses, which ship in their own parcel). The Full Cycle is paid once and ends by itself after the eighth shipment. Every moon ships free.

Returns & Exchanges

• If you are not satisfied, write to us within 30 days of delivery.
• Coffee is food, so opened coffee can't come back, but tell us what went wrong and we will work out a solution with you.
• Broken, wrong or missing? We replace it free, as set out below.
• Cancel A Ordem any time, from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us. The moon does not hold grudges. A moon already billed has already shipped, so it is not refunded unless it arrives damaged. Cancelling the Full Cycle refunds $399 minus $54 for each moon already shipped, automatically; the refund policy has the table.
